Easy Chocolate Chip Vanilla Pound Cake Recipe!

Let’s Get right into the ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow box cake
  • 1 (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (12oz) package of milk chocolate chips

Start by combining all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, disregard the ingredients on the cake box.

Once all dry ingredients are combined add in the eggs and the wet ingredients and mix throughly.

Preheat your oven to 350, and grease your pan!

I love creating this recipe in cupcakes to make it easier to distribute to my girls and especially for birthday parties.

Bake:

15-18 minutes for cupcake pan

30-34 minutes for cake pan

I highly recommend checking your cake at 20 minutes to make sure you don’t over cook.

Once your cake is done allow the cake to cool off for 10 minutes and serve warm with a scoop of ice cream for dessert or a glass of milk for breakfast!
